Current Operations

According to project details, the effort involves replacing asphalt with concrete roadway while addressing utilities and pedestrian features. Work includes phases such as traffic shifts to allow completion of south side paving and intersections between 4th and 7th Streets during the July through September period.

Latest available updates indicate that substantial completion is targeted for fall 2026, with final project closeout by December 2026. The contractor WW Clyde continues operations within the established timeline of March 2025 to November 2026.1

Upcoming Phases
