RED Development, Life Time, and Clayco marked the event for Life Time Living at PV. The wellness-focused community is located adjacent to an existing Life Time athletic club at 12900 N. Tatum Blvd. and will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with direct access to fitness services via an included membership.
The project is a component of the broader redevelopment of the former Paradise Valley Mall site. Eric Padget, Vice President of Real Estate and Life Time Living, stated: “Reaching this height is a proud moment, and it is a glimpse of what is coming. When Life Time Living Paradise Valley opens in 2027, its 327 residences will connect directly to the club next door, giving members a complete lifestyle built around total well-being.
