A new industrial construction project is underway in Houston as Stotan Industrial, a developer from Chicago, moves forward with plans for a cross-dock distribution facility.
Project Details
The $17.5 million development is located at 711 Rankin Road on a 20-acre site near Bush Intercontinental Airport. It will involve demolition of an 80,000-square-foot industrial coworking space to make way for a 345,286-square-foot warehouse featuring 68 dock doors.[1]
