Northern Arizona University athletics claimed the Big Sky Women's All-Sports Trophy for the second consecutive year, with strong performances across basketball, soccer, and volleyball contributing to the honor.[1]
Youth Basketball Tournament
The 4th Annual 4 Peaks Classic 5 on 5 Youth Basketball Tournament ran June 6-7, drawing AAU and youth club teams to Flagstaff venues.[2]
Running and Little League Updates
On June 13, the Beethoven 5k supported the Flagstaff Symphony Orchestra at Buffalo Park and McMillan Mesa trails.[3] Flagstaff Little League announced its 2026 All-Star teams ahead of district tournaments.[4]
Additional activities included the Flagstaff Open adult tennis tournament at the Northern Arizona University Tennis Complex and a sports physicals clinic offering $10 exams for student-athletes on June 13.[5][6]
